1.Ownership
You have rights to do as you please with your commissions such as:- OC(s): You have the rights to the character(s) in your ordered commission.
- Fanart(s): You have the rights to re-upload/share artwork. But you must credit me.
- Comic(s): You have the rights to re-upload and claim it as your own. But you must credit me for illustration/style.2.Terms of Use
- DO NOT claim or distribute my artwork(s).
- I HAVE rights to refuse service if I feel uncomfortable or uncertain with the commission or service being asked.
- YOU MUST pay a commercial fee if you plan to make money off the commission work. But you need to speak with me first.
- I CAN upload the commission I've made for you on my social media
- YOU MUST credit me, if you plan to re-upload or re-post the art piece in your social.3.Payment
- You can only pay me through: Paypal
- You have to pay me half at the beginning and then the rest after the artwork is done.
- If you disagree to first payment terms, for what ever reason. I won't start the commission until I first get the half payment.
- If you want to monetize or make money off the commission, you must pay a $20 commercial fee
- If you want fast result, you'll need to pay $10 rush fee. You must speak with me first if its possible.
